Net 30 to accounts with an approved credit application. We may require prepayment or COD if credit is not established. We also accept most major credit cards (see credit card authorization). All JBT #1 rated accounts will be given a credit limit of $500 until proper credit approval. A finance charge of 1 1/2% monthly will be added to past due accounts and all orders will be held until account is paid.

Please make copies of the enclosed order form and use the form for all orders. Many items are in stock for immediate delivery. Handmade wedding rings are custom made and will require approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Most items in this catalog can be made in white or yellow gold and are available in 14kt, 18kt and Platinum.

Cancellations must be received within 48 hrs of your order. You will be liable for all expenses incurred in the manufacturing of that order after the 48 hrs has expired.

All prices on this website are based on a gold market of $650-$700 and a platinum market of $1250-$1300.Prices for ladies rings include finger sizes up to size 8 and gents rings up to size 11.Larger sizes available at an additional cost.

All merchandise will be shipped UPS 2nd Day. UPS Next Day available at an additional cost.

Defective merchandise will be accepted within 15 days of the invoice date and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Special order merchandise is custom made and is not returnable. All items produced in 18k or Platinum and all items set with diamonds or gems are made to your order and are not returnable. All other returns will be subjected to a 15% restocking charge and no credit will be issued for shipping charges.
